Bent Little Finger with Pain & Numbness From Ulnar Nerve Damage

Note that the pinky finger is bent and cannot be straightened. I also have a loss of lateral (sideward) movement of my fingers. When I hold my hand out there is a noticeable gap between my fingers that I cannot close. I have no physical pain in my fingers. In my case my weak and deformed little finger was caused by a pinched ulnar nerve located in my arm.

In 1978 when I was attending college in Florida I was in a car accident. A drunk ran a stop sign and plowed into my car and pushing it into a telephone pole. I hit my head on the steering wheel and was a little dazed by the accident but after a few minutes I thought I was all right. That was the start of my neck problems.
