These pictures show dramatic results at different healing stages of tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) surgery. To document my story, pictures were taken 1 week before surgery and at intervals of 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 2 months, 3 months and 1 year after the tummy tuck. TUMMY TUCK ONE WEEK BEFORE - The above tummy tuck before and after pictures were taken a few days before undergoing Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Plastic Surgery with Lateral Thigh Lift. The goal of the surgery was to remove excess skin from my midsection and backside. The first row of before pictures show various views of belly overhang and the primary reason for having the surgery. The last row of before photographs emphasizes the reason. Now I had to prepare for my tummy tuck surgery and hope that all goes well. I don't end up with tummy tuck horror story.

TUMMY TUCK ONE DAY AFTER - The above tummy tuck before and after pictures were taken immediately after having Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Plastic Surgery with Lateral Thigh Lift. Note the pictures of the blood stains on the compression bandage and the surgical drain tubes poking into my skin (I look like a Borg). It looks worse than it was. These tummy tuck pics show that I was able to stand up straight and walk around the day after surgery. I had no pain and was actually feeling pretty good. I did, however, walked very carefully and slowly.

TUMMY TUCK TWO DAYS AFTER - The above tummy tuck pics were taken two days after my Abdominoplasty Plastic Surgery with Lateral Thigh Lift surgery. I took off my compression garment so I could take these pictures. I immediately put it back on when I was done. Note that close-up pictures of the wound areas show that they were already healing nicely. It took 2-3 weeks for the bruises on my backside to go away.
