The Thermage tummy tuck and a full tummy tuck are entirely different procedures used to accomplish different things. The Thermage tummy tuck is advertised to remove wrinkles from the skin. (If you go to the Thermage website and view their photo gallery of before and after pictures you get an idea of what results you can expect. I couldn't tell any difference.
