How Long Does It Take For Nerves To Heal?
Best Guess Answer - Generally it takes 3-6 months for nerves to heal and repair themselves. Some nerve repair can take up to 18 months.
That's a hard question and one that I doubt that you will find a satisfactory answer for when you are researching your own nerve damage condition. How long it takes nerves to heal depends on many factors including the type, condition and extent of your nerve damage, your health, physical condition, the supplements that your take and the therapy and treatment that you undergo.

If you ask your doctor this question he will likely tell you that nerves do grow back (in many cases) but the do so extremely slowly. He probably won't tell you that your nerve will grow back in 6 months and you will regain the full function of your hand, because he doesn't know for sure. Odds are that he will keep his answer vague and in general terms.
