This photograph was taken two days after my tummy tuck with lateral thigh lift operation and shows the obvious swelling and bruising immediately after surgery. You can see how the skin is stretched and sewn together at the incision line. This is a good example of a lateral thigh lift surgery where the surgeon continues the incision to the buttocks area. tummytuckformen.com

This is a picture I took after I had my Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Plastic Surgery with Lateral Thigh Lift to remove excess sagging skin from my midsection (150 lb. weight loss). This picture of my right side was taken two days after my tummy tuck with lateral thigh lift operation and shows the obvious swelling and bruising immediately after surgery. You can see how the skin is stretched and sewn together at the incision line. This is a good example of a lateral thigh lift surgery where the surgeon continues the incision to the buttocks area. Even though it looks ugly and painful, I experienced no pain. Use the zoom feature and take a close look at how the skin is sewn together. You can almost see the the knot that the surgeon used to tie the suture. It's amazing how the two flaps of skin seem to melt together after only two days.
