Pinched Nerve

A pinched nerve is a nerve that has been compressed, constricted or stretched causing damage or injury to the nerve. Symptoms include numbness, a "pins and needles" or burning sensation and pain. Injuries vary from minor, temporary damage to a permanent condition. Early diagnosis is important to prevent further damage or complications.
