I would never have thought that fresh broccoli would be one of my favorite snacks. Turns out that if you eat enough of anything you will get to like it.<BR><BR>I also agree that documentation is a must. Writing a daily log of what I eat keeps me painfully aware of of what I'm putting in me and allows me to adjust the ratios of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. I must stay though that although items are fat-free they can still contain heavy dosages of sugar or fake sugar that will turn into fat later on. One important thing you left out is your height.
