I’m not wearing the compression garment for some time because I have a problem. There is some liquid or maybe Pus coming out from one of the areas & I am under medicines but if I wear the compression garment it hurts me a lot & I have a lot of discomfort. Is there or will there be some problem because I have worn it for a month only & for last 10days. I am not wearing it & will wear it once the injury is over. Please reply I am worried.

If I understand you correctly, you say you are taking medicine and have Pus coming out of an injury (presumably the incision line). You are not wearing your compression garment because it hurts, but you will start wearing it once the injury heals.
The compression garment is given to you for a purpose. It is used to compress, hold and maintain your newly shaped abdominal area to help it heal
without sagging. It squeezes the body, forcing fluids back towards the deeper body tissues and helps to reducing edema (swelling) in the affected
areas. It also improves blood circulation, flushes harmful fluids out of the body, expedites the healing process and allows the patient to recover faster.
By not wearing your compression garment you are not getting any of these benefits and are delaying the healing process. Many tummy tuck patients have some level of pain or discomfort when they wear their compression garment after surgery.
You are a little vague about your “injury” and the type of medicine you are taking.
If you think that you are not healing properly or have excessive pain when you wear your compression garment, I would suggest that you address these issues with your surgeon. He is the only one that can tell you what to do.
